Hi. I'm headed to Cocos Island in late May. I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on gear. Specially, what type of wetsuit would be best - shorty or full suit, thickness, etc.

We were there at the end of June last year. Water temps were +/- 83 with occasional thermoclines in the mid to upper 70's. You'll definitely want a full suit for protection as most of the diving is done right up against the pinnacles.

It's an amazing trip!
