Transportation to and from Los Cabos, Mexico Airport - any tips?

We are heading to Los Cabos to catch the Rocio Del Mar at the end of March. We are staying the night in a hotel on Friday, boarding the boat on Saturday, and then flying back home the following Sunday.

Looking for any tips or suggestions on the best way to arrange shuttle, taxi, etc. from the Airport to Hotel (Santa Maria Hotel y Suites), from the Hotel to the Marina, and then from the Marina back to the Airport, when we return. We contacted the Santa Maria and the cost was $19pp from the Airport to the Hotel and $38 from the Hotel to the Marina. That seemed expensive, to us.

I am doing just the same thing in May but from the La Tropicana Inn. Brooke said that there should be no problems arranging transport tot he marina on Saturday morning.

On any given pre--cruise day, there are bound to be a few diver guests in Los Cabos hotels who are going to the marina to catch the boat the following morning. On arrival at the hotel, it might be worth asking around; it might be possible to share transport costs with other divers.
