This is a GREAT thread. It is encouraging to see the variety and experience, not to mention the memories it sparks reading thru all of the responses. Here's my list (1996 - 2001):
Key Largo, FL (~20 dives, with several great night dives)
Key Biscayne, FL
Sea of Cortez, Mexico (Bird Island / Sea Lion colony)
Jamaica (Runaway Bay)
Freeport, Bahamas (shark dive)
Maui, Hawaii (backside of Molokini crater is really nice)
(did a night dive in March; hearing the humpbacks
singing in the dark was incredible!)
Cozumel (nice diving, bad experience with a crummy dive op)
Playa del Carmen CENOTES!!!! (GREAT diving)
Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

This summer:
Key Largo (again, always enjoyable)
"Somewhere" in the Carribean -- HELP! So many choices...
Caymans? USVirgin Islands? Bahamas? Belize? Bonaire?

Scuba Legs

Donacheson:
Yes! I would love to see your list. Like someone said here, writing it all down brings back the good memories, and planning ahead for the next trips, feels pretty good too!
Thanks for sharing everyone. Hope to see more.
