You've already got way more stuff than I'd take on most dives, but a couple of things to add:

    Emergency cash
    Sunscreen

    That's a comprehensive list.
    Consider Adding:
Save-a-dive kit with small spare parts and a couple of tools for fast troubleshooting. Even just a small ziplock with a few of these can save you from a lost dive.
Spare mask (especially if it's Rx lenses)
Most of the big scuba stuff can be rented if there is a problem.

Bonine, Triptone or whatever you take for motion sickness. Best to have it and not need it, then to not have it if needed.
OTC meds that work for you in case of tummy/digestive/diarrhea issues related to dietary changes while traveling.

Generally, take less of everything EXCEPT Cash. Take MORE Cash.

Well, I use to make a spare package (second mask, fin strap, mouthpiece, etc.) and a kit to do basic servicing, with duct tape, etc. But I pack this only for liveaboards because durng ordinary holidays I can have any of these in the dive center...

Don't know what kind of SMB you have, but if it's a deployable one (rather than a safety sausage) you will need a spool or reel to deploy it.

For those who think he's paranoid, you should SEE the checklist we use for our cave diving trips . . .
