DAN Dive Accident vs. Medical coverage under travel insurance

I was looking at DAN's travel insurance program. It seems that some of the medical coverage under their travel insurance is also covered under their dive accident insurance. Why the overlap?

I am guess that they can be purchased separately, thus no duplication...

Let's face it, getting travel insurance can be a very overwhelming and tedious process, making it easy to put off and even forget entirely. But before you head off on your international adventure, you might want to consider getting coverage through some travel insurance, just to be on the safe side.
