What is the best place to go diving in april

It would help if you gave some info like where you are located, where you have dived before, what you like most in dive experiences, how long of a trip you're talking about and what your budget constraints are, and so on...

I'm going to Lembeh, Indonesia this April.
Also the Philippines is good at this time of year.

Thank you for responding to my post. Time is not an issue. And I have a medium budget. I am looking for the best diving possible great visibility and lots of different fish
