Sorong Pre-Liveaboard Hotel and Dive Shop?

Doing Raja Ampat on the Dewi Nusantara later this year, and want to get in plenty early into Sorong so I don't chance missing the boat. I'll probably need 2 nights in Sorong and hope I can do a two-tank dive in the area.

Any suggestions for:

A decent hotel?

A good local dive shop?
