So I'm going on a cruise with family in February and can't escape to dive on each of these islands - so I have to pick one (maybe two!) that will be the best. I'll be with a friend who's new to diving so it can't be too deep or too crazy... shallow-ish reef would be great... the destinations are as follows...

Tortola, British Virgin Islands; St. John's, Antigua; Bridgetown, Barbados; Castries, Saint Lucia; Gustavia, St. Barts

Which one do you fancy and why? And can you recommend a dive operation on that island I can jump in a cab to?!

Thanks!!

It seems to me that for both for beginners and for advanced divers, diving around Saint Lucia can be great!
