Orbitz.com Combine Hotel/Flight (can't use different airport?)

Not sure best way to phrase this.. I emailed Orbitz twice but got no respond.

Now I'm just curious if anyone has run into this before.,,

I used to be able to fly into Cancun and book hotels in Cozumel via Orbitz.com and then use their discount code. It doesn't appear you can do a package deal anymore by flying into Cancun and then selecting a Cozumel hotel.

I'm not sure if it's the same deal for other cities where you're not exactly staying in the same city but taking.

Has anyone used Orbitz to book a hotel in Cozumel AND use a Cancun flight recently?

Did you phone them? I have had difficulties with the site, but the phone agents are very helpful - and free.
