1) Do a search. You'd be suprised how many people have already asked about the place(s) you want to go. So why not get the benefit of their questions?
2) Look in the right place. Many of the Scuba Diving Destination forums are set up geographically. And don't forget the Scubaboard Clubs! Who better to ask about a particular area than the locals?
