    Video Snapshots on GoPro?

    If you're watching the movie, at "actual size"... hit pause at the point where you want a snapshot of the image. In windows, hit print screen, and take a screen shot.... you'll then have to open Microsoft paint or any other type of editing program, paste the screen shot and then crop out the image. It will then be actual size.
