    Here is video I shot using the new Dive housing. No video issues above or below water. There are two noticeable dark upper corners in still-camera mode though.

    the lens on the camera itself is the wide angle lens (the original housing just contours to it) so the flat lens won't change that. Being underwater narrows the FOV of any lens thereby minimizing the fishbowl effect of the gopro.
