Gull Lake, Hickory Corners, Michigan
Gull Lake is one of the better inland lakes to dive in South West Michigan. We have moved objects found in other parts of the lake to areas that can be accessed by shore making it great for divers. I just did a night dive at the Prairieville Park, which is at the north end. This site features several objects including a dive training platform. This latest night dive was very special as we were inundated by Smelt. There was so many Smelt that it made it difficult to see the bottom and other fish. I even had a couple of Smelt fall out of my wet suit when I took it off. Here's a video from that dive of which a segment made my local news.

Here's a Northern Pike with a large fish fin hanging out of it's mouth.
