Hi Gavin,

There are a number of us in the SE Michigan area that are checking this board on a regular basis looking for dive opportunities.
Unfortunately, 3 of us are heading to Traverse City Thursday for 3 days of shore diving up there. Myself, gtxl1200, amd Frankenmuth_Tom.

For future dives... gtxl1200 and I are near Flint, Frankenmuth_Tom, DiverBrian is up near Saginaw, and Tiny Bubbles is in Saint Clair Shores. So we all have lots of choices.

Keep an eye on the board and we will be happy to grab some nitrogen with you.
I hope you can find something going on nearby this weekend.

Type at you later,

Divin'

Gavin, I can go to Portage or elsewhere on Saturday IF I get blown out of Lexington. I hear they're sinking another car down there (at Portage) so it should be a barrel of fun.

I'm usually able to do a local dive (Fenton, Union Lake, etc...) during the week after work. I'm booked the rest of this week, though. I'm planning on "diving" on the Belvidere Barges after work tomorrow, weather permitting.

Maybe next weekend...

I have an ear that is bothering me at the moment and want to "rest" it this weekend. I have dives on the Monrovia scheduled for next Friday with the weekend free so far.

Don't forget our "Meet and Greet" at Portage!

I'm able to go diving this Saturday (8/21/04). I don't have any plans at this time. I'll go anywhere within about a 2 hours drive.

Today a few of us are diving on the Sport with rec&tec charters. I don't know if he still has any seats left or not.
edit: Capt. Gary just now cancelled the trip due to 6' waves on Lake Huron.
