Puerto Rico OR Nassau OR Costa Rica???

I have the option of going to one of these for my first out of USA Scuba vacation. Which one would you recommend and what is the difference in diving in these areas???

Thanks so much for your input.

    Cheers,

    SH

LOVED COsta Rica for everything ELSE but diving. Monkeys are great, as are sloths. Rainforest wonderful and so are the birds and butterflies. Visibility off Guanacaste was about 20 feet---coulda been a whale shark next to me and I wouldn't have seen it. I know that the vis is much better at different times, and much better down in the Coco Islands.
