it looks as though i will be going to antigua in august for a wedding. will be there about 6 days. how is the diving and what areas are best? since i have only been to grand providence island for salt water diving, how does it compare? also will be going to roaton in june, how does it compare to it?

Antigua diving is fair to middling. I would rate New Providence as a five on a scale of one to ten and Antigua as a four. I dove off the southern coast. There was a lot of lobster and nurse sharks and not much else. I would not travel to Antigua for the diving but it is definitely worth getting wet if you are going to be there anyway.
