Is there any diving Does anyone know whats close to Hong Kong??

I just found out this morning that I'll be in Hong Kong for two week the first of April. Is there any good diving with easy (cheap) reach of Hong Kong??...someplace to run over an dive for a couple of days and return...maybe something within boat reach...I am familiar with Borneo...which is great...but I shouldn't be gone that long. ANy recommendations appreciated.
