Dubai to Kish Ferry

I will be in Dubai/Mussandam for a dive outing this October, and am arriving a few days early to dive/photograph another area. One of the spots I am interested in is Kish Island.

Does anyone know if there is a ferry or boat that I can take from Dubai to Kish? It is tough to figure out what is happening from my Seattle area base. Looks like the high speed ferry has ceased operation, but there might be an Iranian operator making the trip.

Thanks in advance for any information/assistance.

gotta ask, why do you want to go to kish? The place isn't that interesting, its practically in Iran (nothing against Iranians but they do have stricter rules than the UAE) and there isn't a whole lot to do there.
That being said, there are a number of airlines that offer flights there, check out Kish air, Emirates and Air Arabia, you might even try 'Fly Dubai, the new low cost airline although i am not sure if they fly there yet.
