We've been using ShoreDiving and it doesn't seem to be the most user-friendly or comprehensive website around Oahu.

Are there any better places to look? Or places where we can get underwater topo maps for viewing the curvature of everything?

Ones with GPS coordinates or satellite photos on Googlemaps?

Shorediving.com is limited to only shore accessible spots and covers most of the better shore-accessible areas on Oahu. When looking for unique sites, I usually go with a mixture of charts and, more recently, side scanning sonar imagery provided by my oceanographer friend. However, there are some resources available online.

-First search for online charts. NOAA provides free online copies of most of their benthic charts. They aren't perfect, but you can derive position from them.
-http://www.soest.hawaii.edu/coasts/erosion/ -this site has a bunch of aerial imagery.
-Sea Lancers used to have a list of some dive coordinates online and DAR also has all of their artificial reef coordinates.

How's that for a start?
