Day 3 since the diver some how got separated from his dive group at the baby barge.
On the news this morning they mentioned that a fin was found about a mile from the dive site - It was the kind and size of fin that Matthew Curley (from New York) was wearing, but they can't say if it was actually the one worn by him.
They also said the Coast Guard has stopped its search, but the HFD will continue.
Wonder why the coast guard, that is better equipped to do such searches, stop looking and the HFD continue their search?
Every SAR I have done. The HFD will keep searching after the Coast Guard. They do calculations to determine how long someone can survive and how long to search for.
