Over/Under photo location suggestion in Hawaii??

Hi Everyone,

I'm a landscape photographer who wants to try UW. I plan on visiting Kauai and Maui or the Big Island in the middle of June. I was wondering if anyone knew a good location I could possibly shoot over-under or split-shot photo in any of the islands in Hawaii. I will need somewhere that has the calmest water and possibly with a shallow reef. I know the earliest morning tend to have the calmer water.
