Liquivision Products Incorporated is the manufacturer of the most advanced scuba diving wrist-top computer on the market. We are expanding to meet a high demand for our products, and we are looking for a Web Marketing & Customer Service Specialist to join our team.
Working as Web Marketing & Customer Service Specialist at Liquivision, you will have the opportunity to re-launch our website, manage our online forum, and respond to customer service inquires. There will also be an Executive Assistant component to the work. You will be an important member of a small team – you will be encouraged to give feedback on our website, forum, customer service procedures, and improve the way we work.
We are looking for:
- A university or college degree
- Strong web and graphic design skills
- Perfect written and spoken English
- Organizational skills
- SCUBA diving experience is essential
- Experience we are looking for:
- dealing with customers over email
- building a website
- coordinating the design of marketing materials
- Enthusiasm, commitment and a desire to learn
Your day-to-day tasks would include:
- Responding to customer emails
- Redesigning and populating our website
- Monitoring our forum, and other forums, and responding as necessary
- Preparing materials (posters, flyers, business cards) for trade shows
- Updating our product manual, driver CDs, product packaging design
- Keeping our marketing databases up to date
- Invoicing customers
- Picking up and shipping packages
- Purchasing office supplies
- Other office tasks as necessary
