I just don't log dives
OCEAN REEF is looking for an enthusiastic new member tojoin our team. This important role will be best met with someone who hastechnical experience with scuba diving equipment and customer serviceexperience.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for:
- Repairing scuba equipment
- Answering technical questions via phone and email
- Troubleshooting issues communicating direct to shopstaff and end users
- Answering general customer service calls
- Completing quality control procedures on a variety ofmaterials

Minimum Qualifications:
- Three to five years in a progressively responsiblecustomer service or technical support role
- Excellent computer skills
- One to two years scuba repair experience
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion with highlysensitive and confidential information is mandatory
- Competent in reading and understanding technical dataand schematics
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated multi tasking skills and ability toorganize workload are essential
- Strong customer service, interpersonal andcommunication skills are critical

Desired Qualifications:
- Scuba certified
- Fluent in Spanish or Italian

Sorry, that is probably important information that was left out of the original post. The job is located at the OCEAN REEF office in San Marcos, CA, just north of San Diego.
