As General Manager you will direct and coordinate the operation of an established Dive Shop with local and international charters, international trips, retail sales, and Scuba instruction services. This role reports directly to the owner.
This role requires strong leadership qualities and the ability to encourage excellent performance from staff. Day to day responsibilities will include: set policy, hire, train, oversee scheduling, performance evaluations, and general oversight of the health and efficiency of the vessels, projects, trips, marketing, and the office. This role will be the point of communication for all staff to ensure everyone is aware of all job responsibilities & expectations, changes, updates, etc.
