We are currently seeking a store manager and retail sales associates for our store in Springfield and, for the right candidates, potential expansion cities. If you have a passion for the water, we want to hear from you. From the excitement and thrill of scuba diving local lakes and exotic destinations to the enjoyment of seeing a child swim on their own for the first time, DiVentures offers many unique opportunities to customers and employees alike.
Managerial candidates will be involved with both the scuba and swim sides of the business. We are seeking candidates with experience in retail sales, customer service, management, and certification or a passionate interest in scuba diving and swimming. Candidates must exhibit leadership and team-building skills.
Job responsibilities include:
- Retail sales
- Training and motivating a knowledgeable sales staff
- Maintaining company standards and upholding customer service expectations
- Managing controllable costs
- Maximizing store sales with merchandising and sales programs
- Analyzing and forecasting sales
- Assisting in promotions and marketing
This is a full-time position including availability whenever needed during our store hours and activities.
