Two Harbors, Catalina Island, California Dive Shop Manager Position Available

Looking for a full-time, benefited position in the dive industry on the beautiful island of Santa Catalina? Jobs like this don't become available often so if you are interested apply today!
Live and work in the quaint village of Two Harbors on the remote, west end of the island. Two Harbors Dive & Recreation Center caters to outdoor enthusiasts of all kinds. This resort destination shop not only conducts PADI dive courses but also rents scuba/snorkel gear, kayaks, mountain bikes, SUPs, 14' motorized skiffs, beach equipment, and fishing gear. We have a small retail area and an air fill station as well. During the peak months of summer the shop is constantly busy with rentals. During the slower months is when maintenance and projects are attended to. The shop runs with a staff of 1 PT, year-round employee, and 3 seasonal employees, besides the manager.
We are looking for a self motivated person with the following skills:

• Management experience (retail and/or rental shop management preferred).
• Hospitality industry experience.
• Computer savvy.
• PADI OWSI certification or better (non-teaching status is acceptable).
• PSI (scuba cylinder inspection) certification or equivalent.
• Knowledge of basic bike repair, kayak repair, compressor and scuba gear maintenance.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Knowledge of Catalina dive sites preferred.
