Social Media & Marketing coordinator
Looking for a full time Social Media & Marketing coordinator with main focus on marketing & social media networking including website design and updating of content. We are a busy dive resort with two locations in the Philippines.
We are looking for a professional, energetic and enthusiastic individual to take over & develop further our marketing/agency/guest relation/social media roll in the company. The roll is mainly office led and you would be working in a small team. The right candidate should also be very good at organizing, with strong customer service and not afraid of long hours or broken schedules.
Main duties for this full time office job include
- responding to guest emails and inquiries
- maintain and develop customer relationships
- handle walk-in and phone-in customers
- designing custom packages for guests
- organize and promote special offers and events
-manage social media marketing and posting (including facebook, twitter, blogging and SEOetc)
- manage website design/content and updates
- working with new and current travel agents
- attending 2-4 dive expos yearly
- mine existing database to promote further bookings
- designing a complete branding strategy and marketing plan consistent with the companys mission and values.
-newsletter and projects
Native German speaker and fluency in English required. English as a very strong second language required.
Divemaster or Instructor a plus (there will be some opportunities to help out in the dive center)
Be able to start immediately a plus.
