General Manager and Guest Relations Manager required for boutique diving resort in the Muck Diving Capital of the World - Lembeh Strait Indonesia. We are looking for an enthusiastic diving couple to take over the day to day management of one of the most successful resort in the area. The applicants should have hospitality managing experience and be ready to live in a remote area.

We prefer candidates that speak fluent English and at least another language. We may consider a single individual if you have the experience.

General Manager:
· Ensure the smooth operation of all functions within the Resort.
· Ensure the financial succes of the resort
· Oversee the management of all resort department
· work towards increased occupancy of the Resort through marketing iniatives
· Work towards increased revenue and profit from key in house profit centres - Bar, Spa, Tours, Gift Shop
· Readily dealing with all guest issues related to the resort.
· Liaison between dive center and resort.
· Social Marketing through Facebook, Twitter, Diver Forums and other means.
· To assist in any way possible to ensure the satisfaction of resort customers.
· To actively market to guests at Lembeh Resort and its services when possible.
· Work on developing marketing campaigns.
Guest Relations Manager:
· Maintaining the highest level of satisfaction of in-house guests & Readily dealing with all guest issues related to the resort.
· Social Marketing through Facebook, Twitter, Diver Forums and other means.
· Answering Guest Inquires in-house & Answering Guest Inquires via email.
· Upselling of Resort Tours and Services.
· Answer Reservation Inquires.
· Assist General Manager in the smooth operation and running of the resort.
· Assist General Manager in collection of necessary data.
· Develop, Maintain and Exploit Customer Database.
· Work on developing marketing campaigns.

Please note the above position is for managing a dive resort. You will be able to dive often but its not an instructor and/or dive master position.
