GENERAL MANAGER - MOBBY’S USA

MOBBY’S is the largest wetsuit and drysuit manufacturer in Japan.
For over 50 years, we have been providing original and fashionable suits for the diving and watersports industries.

Currently opening an office and warehouse in Seattle,
we have an opening position for a General Manager to supervise our activities on the North American markets.

SUMMARY:

Working closely with the HQ in Japan, the General Manager will be responsible for the management of MOBBY’S USA.
The GM will lead to ensure execution of organizational objectives, initiatives and achievement of the company.
The GM will be responsible for customer satisfaction, brand standards, and profitability.
This position will include the recruitment and supervision of the office team as well

[FONT=&amp]RESPONSIBILITIES:[/FONT]

  • Sales development.
  • Identify industry trends and business opportunities.
  • Prepare financial forecasts to support business plans
  • Develop and manage budgets.
  • Implement marketing plans to support growth objectives
  • Ensure clients receive premium quality services
  • Ensure appropriate personnel resources are in place, coordinate recruiting for the business unit as needed, participate in interviews and candidate selection.
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Long term proven track record in the Diving business industry.
  • Previous experience in Sales & Marketing and Management.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Recruiting and hiring skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial data in order to identify trends and problem
  • Team player and problem solver
  • International work experience a plus, not required
  • Enjoy SCUBA! Other watersports is a plus.
