[FONT="]Halcyon Manufacturing is an innovative designer and manufacturer of premier scuba diving equipment located in North Central Florida. [/FONT]
[FONT="]We are looking for a talented individual to work full time in our new facility as our in-house, primary point of contact for our regional sales representatives and provide factory support for our dealers. The successful candidate will work with our Sales director and provide administrative support from their factory location. This position requires a mature individual who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work in a focused team environment. Some experience with graphic design would be an asset.[/FONT]
[FONT="]This individual must have a high degree of computer literacy and be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Express and Power Point. Experience with CRM programs would be valuable but we will provide training in this regard. They will also be expected to learn the existing software system in use at Halcyon Manufacturing.[/FONT]
[FONT="]The successful candidate will also be responsible for processing sales orders, communicating item specials, and new product launches to our dealers. They will be responsible for accounts receivable resolution and collections and acting as the in-house sales support for our sales representatives. They will be responsible for processing sales reports and maintaining up to date order status information for Halcyon dealers. [/FONT]
[FONT="]They will also be expected to assist in trade show coordination and liaise with show organizers. They will also support the Sales Director in yearly account reviews of dealers and distributors and agreement renewals and coordinate with Marketing for Newsletter content and delivery.[/FONT]
[FONT="]Preference will be given to applicants with experience in customer service.[/FONT]
[FONT="]This is a full time position and salary will be commensurate with experience. The compensation package includes 401k, health and dental insurance, paid vacation/ holidays, short and long term disability insurance and a quarterly bonus structure. [/FONT]
