What kind of suit is this? Is it supposed to be warmer than the aqualock but thinner? Or is it supposed to be stretchy?

Not sure if you still need an answer to this question......I just purchased a Thermaxx and absolutley love it. I compared the Thermaxx and Aqualock and found I liked the feel of the Thermaxx over the Aqualock. It is by far the most comfortable wetsuit ive ever put on. It has a ton of stretch and freedom of movement. The Aqualock felt like it restricted my movement a little more and I found the tighter ankle and wrist seals made it harder to don and doff. The Aqualock is esentially a semi dry without a sealing zipper. The ankle and wrists on the Thermaxx fit so perfectly that I don't have any issue with water flushing thru it so it didn't make sense to spend the extra money for the Aqualock. Thickness is the same between suits.

Which do you think is the warmer one. I already have a 5 and the boots gloves and hood for it but after a good bit of use its showing wear and I'm looking for its replacement. Do you think the new thermaxx is warmer then the older aqua locks?
