    How to rig Hogarthian harness?

I just received my new DSS backplate/wing and need some info on how to rig the harness. Is there any online resource with step by step info/pictures?

http://www.baue.org/images/galleries/equipment has some good images for proper sizing -

instructions for threading it can be found here - http://www.gue.com/equipment/backplate6.html

http://www.scu.edu.au/schools/esm/st...gear/#together - about halfway down the page are a couple pics that show the threading nicely also.

Has how to get it on...

If you flick through the posts in this sub forum you'll pick up quite a few other good tips as well.

    Good luck.

I would also suggest that you cross the shoulder straps, it makes it hold alot tighter to your back

I disagree... but that's why we have different opinions ... if they were not different they'd all be the same

Does this affect how easy it is to get in and out of the harness?

it depends, im pretty thin and I use a DR harness with the shoulder buckle, and I can get in and out of it very easily.
It makes the whole rig alot more steady, no shifting

this is the harness I use (notice the shoulder buckle)

Something is goofy with that link.

I have not noticed any movement with either my single or doubles rig, but I am going to reweb my single rig, so I will cross them and see what happens.
