I have a question. Currently I am siving with a backplate, 40lb Diverite Trek wing and singles and and quite satisfied with the setup.
I will be using twins in the near future (twin Faber 12l tanks) and wondering if the wings are large enough for steel twins? The Diverite website says suitable for 'lightweight' twins.
Does anyone have any experience using the Trek wing with twins?

Marco,
You need to check and see if your wing can fully inflate when your plate is fitted with twins. Good chance the doubles trap part of the wing, preventing full inflation.
Fit the tanks you are planning to use and blow up your wing, remove the plate and wing and see if you can add more air to the wing. If you can add more air, the wing is not fully inflating.
If it does fully inflate, then you need to see if 40lbs is enough lift to compensate for the loss of buoyancy from your exposure compressing (wetsuit) or from a total flood (drysuit)
Regards,
Tobin
