Thanks to Nick and the Hollis staff for F1 fin solution!!

I had the same problem as another member posted recently. My F1 fin tore in the corner of the foot opening. I contacted Nick here, first. He acknowledged they had a problem with a small batch around the time I bought mine and suggested I call customer service. When I did, the guy gave me instruction on what to do (VERY simple). From the time I mailed in a sample of the rubber to the time I received replacement was about a week!!! Incredible customer service and still loving the F1 fins!

Now if only I could get Aeris to help with my T3 problem.

They are indeed a great fin design and I love mine! Glad Nick took such good care of you too!
