To "sync" the computer and transmitter, you enter the serial number of the transmitter into the computer.

The transmitter serial number is on the transmitter. You can enter it into the computer either via the screen and buttons, or by using your PC and the cable interface.

Does the Oceanic transmitter work with the DG03?

I just got mine. There is no on or off button on this thing, so how does it activate? Air pressure? Does it consume battery when lying around unused?

Edit: Found this for Aeris .. Must be the same...
" Note that the transmitter must be pressurized with a minimum of 300 PSI to activate. Once activated the transmitter will continue to transmit tank pressure every 15 seconds. After 10 minutes of no pressure change the transmitter will automatically shut off. To re-activate the transmitter simply purge or breath from the regulator."
