OK... So where to begin....First off I just purchased a Hollis semi dry suit and I was super excited to get this in the water but unfortunately the vendor sent me the wrong size (XL-SH instead of XL) after that I returned the suit ordered a new one on a Thursday for a rush delivery to get it in the water for a Sat Pool Session to get my gear set up for the season and get used to some new gear additions.

Any way I received the XL and the quality of the suit is amazing and I was very excited to get this in the water...So Sat came got suited up jumped in the pool and within about 15 min the suit zipper had seperated so I had to pull the suit off and get the zipper properly back on track.unfortunately I had to finish my day without the suit...I am now worried this will happen again and the zipper may be compromised....anyone else have an issue with the zipper should I return the suit and try again...or would you keep the suit and hope this doesn't happen again...Any way first issue with Hollis I just purchased a M3 Mask and have a HD-100 BC which I love......Hollis gear has been my go to manufacturer can't say enough nice things about my other Hollis gear!!

Thanks,
Jim C

If the cause of the separation cannot be identified then I too would be concerned it would happen again. I'd return the suit and if they identify cause i.e a manufacturing fault I might be inclined to give the suit another shot, if not I'd ask for a refund and look elsewhere. Good luck, let us know how you get on.

edited out so as not to conflict with the issue resolution nature of this post.
