I have a HOLLIS LED 3 that recently stopped turning off. It still works fine otherwise but it doesnt turn off when i screw the cap all the way in. I can turn it off by screwing the tailcap off but then the o-ring is disengaged. Anything I can do to check this or fix this. Currently my favorite backup light and I'd like it to keep working...
