Is there any particular reason you're interested in this particular unit? Cheers.

Versatility mainly

It makes use of a harness system, has a 'soft plate' (I dive in the tropics and dont need much ballast), and because it has the option of adding a plate and changing the wing to support doubles.

I think it's a horrible idea. You unfortunately put this in the Hollis forum, so Nick is going to yell at me, but I really couldn't care less

Here's why.
HTS 2 is just the harness, it is $350, basically a knockoff of Dive Rite's Transpac
But you still need a wing, which is another $340
So unless you're getting a killer deal, you're in for $700 when you can have a Transpac with Travel wing and weight pockets for $600, from a dive shop local to you even...

Alternatively, you could go for the cheaper options that we have talked about earlier and save quite a bit of money....
If you want to stay with Hollis
Hollis Solo Donut Wing Package | Dive Right In Scuba - Plainfield, IL - Dive Right in Scuba
I still prefer the DRiS Trianta system or the DSS options, but that package is a much better decision than the HTS-2
