Panasonic DMC LX3/Leica D-Lux 4

Greetings to all at Ikelite...

I see in this forum and others, that the majority of point and shoot users like myself (presently using an Ikelite housing with a Fuji e-900) use the Canons, Olympus's and/or Fujis like myself. However, in looking around to upgrade so to speak and not have the expense of an SLR, I've found the Panasonic DMC LX 3, which has a 24mm wide angle f2 Leica Vairo-Summicron lens, which in turn can be set up with a 16-9 aspect ratio for wide formats and HD video, which for us underwater photogs, that don't want the expense of an SLR, seems like an excellent option for u/w photograpy.

So the question as you might have guessed already, is Ikelite considering a housing for this camera???

Thanks...

CJ

Thanks to the folks at Ikelite...my question was answered with a direct e-mail, which says that unfortunately a housing will not be produced for this camera, due to the camera's joystick's placement.
