We are famous for performing repairs and service in a timely manner and at a realistic cost. No return authorization number or prior authorization of any kind is required. Please pack your item(s) carefully and include a brief explanation of the problem / service required and complete contact information inside of the box. Send prepaid to:

For warranty service:
We have fairly lenient warranty policies, but always recommend including a dated sales receipt if the product is within its warranty period. If not possible, please reference your approximate purchase date in the enclosed letter. Our warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase for strobes and 1 year for all other products. If no receipt is provided, the warranty period is assumed to start on the date the product was manufactured.

If sending from outside of the USA:
For the separate international customs documentation form that you complete to accompany the shipment, please state or designate that the enclosed products were originally manufactured in the USA and are being returned to the manufacturer for repair service. Any duties or customs fees resulting from improper documentation are the responsibility of the customer even if repair service is provided at no charge.
