DS161 with arm - #3945.01 and Canon Rebel T3i + case is it negative in ocean?

I have a Canol Rebel T3i and the Ikelite 6871.60.

I am planning to by the package #3945.01
#3945.01 DS161 Movie Substrobe
Package includes:- #4061 DS161 Substrobe w/diffuser- #4066.1 Smart Charger
- #4086.61 Ball Socket Arm (SA-100 ARM)
- #4103.51 Ikelite Digital TTL Sync Cord
My question is : is that Case + arm + flash negative in the ocean?

I tried the Canon Rebel T3i and the case (Ikelite 6871.60) and found it positive in a pool.. I am wondering how it will behave with the whole package mentioned above in the ocean.

Adding the strobe and arm should make the system slightly negative.

Thanks.. I got all gear above an is pretty heavy outside of the water.. So I hope it will be slight negative on the water.. :-)
Looks lik that the PORT in the case was the most responsible for being positive without the flash since that PORT has a big volume with the circular lens..
I hope to try soon in a pool..
