Port for Nikon 105mm

Hi,
Could same one tell me if the Nikon 105mm f/2.8 FX AF Micro-Nikkor operate in the ikelite flat port 5505.58?
If not what´s the indicated port? 5505.5?

#5505.5 is what Ike's table calls out (Nikon SLR Port Chart). #5505.58 is longer, so the lens will (should) work - just a little over a half inch more air to the port. I've used a #5507 with the lens as it was the port I used back in the film days (Canon F1 w/Vivitar Series 1 90mm lens). I prefer shorter as the 105 w/port is already long and somewhat awkward, especially with a magnifier hanging even further off the front. Opted to go with modular and used and extension stack one step shorter than the table shows.
