My wife is from Cebu and we plan on visiting there next year. Can't wait to do some diving there, of course after we feed her family's village.

Haha.It sounds like you've been here before. Cebu's a nice place to dive. Better yet, try Bohol and Apo Island which is just an hour away. I can suggest other good dive spots if you need em.
