Welcome!!! Are you going there sometime soon?? Usually U can call them or your local dive shop and ask for a EMP.

The dive shop that is part of Millbrook Quarry is in Fairfax but its called "The Dive Shop" Im sorry but Im not sure what the Emergency Management Plan is but Im sure "The Dive Shop" can tell you.
