why don't you try diving in Christmas island, Kiribati, the largest atoll island in the world.
If you are interested, Dive & Sports Resort, email address - ote@tskl.net.ki, will assist you. The resort employs the only PADI divemasters in the island. You will enjoy it. For your information, try this website - www.spto.org under accomodation listings
