Joined at Oceanfest Ft. Lauderdale , Fl

Having problems getting connected with dive operators in San Juan, Puerto Rico and Dominica. Caribe Aquatic Adventures in San Juan will be closed the week of May 18th. Have emailed other shops but no response. A private Charter would be fine. Would like to Dive Dominica's Famous underwater volcanos with no response to dive shops on Google, a private charter would also be find. Any Help?
