With as many diver we have in the WA and Vancouver area, you should get wet. Weekday diving can be hard to get a buddy for, but I am sure you will ding someone. Be sure to post your request in the Western Canada Section http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/western-canada/ under Canada (What else) and you might visit North West Pacific Orca Bait under the Western United States http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/pacific-northwest-orca-bait/ as there may be a few northern WA divers who would be able to meet you and go diving.
