Hello fellow Scuba friends,
I just got my open water cert. which I did in a cold lake in Alberta , Canada. So I'm excited to go somewhere tropical this winter. I'm planning a trip to Puerto Plata in January and Maui in March. Any advise for these two places would be very helpful.
