Crusty old diver returning to the sea

I've been out of diving for about 30 years. Some friends are getting back into it so I decided to join them here in Puget Sound.

The equipment has changed so much in the last 3 decades that I decided to just start over; my PADI Open Water Diver class starts tomorrow. I'm looking forward to it!

You're gunna love it all over again...the gear improvements make it much more comfortable than I remembered it (also 30 years off)

Welcome back! At the risk of being snarky, the gear is significantly different, but if you remember anything from classes from 30+ years ago, you may find some of the current standards lacking!
