Just Getting Back in the Water

I've been able to swim since before I could walk. I haven't been doing much swimming for a few years. I just recently visited Alexander springs. I realized while I was there that I had missed swimming and I also realized that I want to learn to free dive. I would love advice and any help getting started.

I think that Spruce Creek Scuba in Port Orange had free diving classes. Great shop. Check with them.
